No, this does not count as a straight in poker.

You need "A 2 3 4 5" or "A K Q J 10" for a straight. Other combinations with the "A" do not count as a straight.

I think that emmett is wrong, I don't think the (Q, K, A, 2, 3) straight would be legal.

Yes, the rule in Texas holdem poker is that your straight must start with the A (cfr. A 2 3 4 5) or end with the A (cfr. 10 J Q K A).

This makes Q K A 2 3 no valid straight-combination.
